Membership in the Three Lakes Development Association is open to year-round and seasonal residents. Our geographic reach covers the area surrounding Strand, Schisler, Rose, Elora, Dodo, and Winkle Lakes, plus those landowners from Highway 53 to the Canadian National RR along the Three Lakes Road. Membership fees are $20 every other year, with voluntary contributions encouraged for continued water quality testing and upcoming special projects.
